HOW TO MEASURE

MEN
To measure your sleeve length, have a friend help you start from the middle of your back and run the tape measure across your shoulder and down to your wrist. Ensure the tape measure goes over your shoulder and along your elbow to get an accurate measurement.

For your chest measurement, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest and maintain a horizontal position. Start from the center of your chest and go around your back, ensuring the tape measure doesn't twist and is not too tight.

To measure your waist, find the narrowest part of your waistline, usually above your belly button and below your rib cage. Hold the end of the tape measure in front and wrap it around to take the measurement, keeping it slightly loose by placing a finger between it and your waist.

For your hip measurement, stand with your feet close together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. Then, measure the height from your natural waist to your hip measurement.

Finally, to measure your inseam, either measure from your inside crotch down to where you want your pants to fall or measure the inseam of a pair of pants that fits you well.
